HELLO

I am a massively motivated and friendly person inside the gym and outside the gym. Im also an aspiring Classic physique Bodybuilder I look up to bodybuilders back in the early 70s and 80s, I live for training, its the best stress reliever in the world. Training in my opinion can help with so many situations family problems. mental health and just overall life. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends they make me into a better person. I surround myself with people who want the best for me and who will brighten my bad days.

Choosing me as a personal trainer has many benefits. Firstly I wont only be your trainer I'll be your friend. Someone you can rely on and talk to. I can guarantee that you will see a crazy amount of results If you work with me I use I range of different training techniques that can improve your muscular strength and overall muscle mass. We will also have fun whilst working hard and at the end of the session you can say that you enjoyed it.

DO YOU HELP WITH DIET?

I can give simple diet advice on how to lose weight/add weight.I will also help you understand the purposes and the meanings off certain diet plans and what they do to your body.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING STYLE?

My training style involves heavy lifting and high intensity. This kind off training style goes back to bodybuilders in the 70s and 90s people who used this training I look up to like Dorian Yates. Mike Mentzer etc. I am very familiar with all styles of training as well so don't be afraid to ask.

HOW DO YOU ASSESS YOUR CLIENTS?

I assess my clients on a different variety of points. Firstly identify improvement in strength. Are they losing weight. monitored weekly whilst being with me. Has there form for weight training improved.
