Fitness targets. Health and Fitness has always been
A huge part of my life and I hope to continue educating
Myself and others whilst working with a wide diverse range of clients.

DO YOU HELP WITH DIET?
Diet is an essential part of reaching your fitness goals so I offer detailed nutritional plans based on the clients goals and dietary requirements.
I will also do check ins to make sure we are on target and to find out how you are doing with the diet plan and/ or if you come across any nutritional issues or problems.
I will offer any help via email or in person to make sure everything runs smoothly and more importantly you enjoy what you eat.
WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING STYLE?
My training style is a combination of making sure you enjoy the sessions as well as working hard towards your goals.
I will offer constant motivation and support but also will be fully understanding and sympathetic to your needs as the client both physical and mental.
I am educated in a number of different exercise disciplines and will make sure to use the most effective exercise programming to get you to your goals as well as enjoy yourself in the process.
HOW DO YOU ASSESS YOUR CLIENTS?
I like to find out who my clients are as people not just what you want to achieve in the gym so rapport is a big thing whether it be meeting in person or speaking over the phone. I like to meet with my clients to specifically discuss everything so there is no confusion regarding the exercise or nutrition. I will tailor everything around the clients schedule and lifestyle and if we aren’t able to meet in person I’ll make sure everything is discussed online so nothing will get in the way or your progress.
I will check in weekly to find out how you are doing with the workouts and nutritional plan as well as just to discuss how you are feeling in general.
