Installation of Speed Lanes for 24/7 Access 🕐

We're officially open 24/7! 🚨 While we’re still running tests on the speed lanes, they may not be in use for the first few days, but rest assured, our security team is on-site from 9 PM to 6 AM during this testing period.

New Functional Zone on the First Floor 🏋️‍♂️

We've opened up an additional 2,500 sq. ft. of space, featuring a brand-new functional zone with:

A new track
Functional rig with wall ball targets, dipping stations, lifting stations, and monkey bars 🐒
6x plyo boxes

Plus, we’re adding an 8-bag boxing frame 🥊 and a fantastic new HIIT zone with:

4x Assault Bikes
4x Rowing Machines
4x FXD HIIT Benches
4x Ski Ergs 🎿

Free Weights Area Enhancements 💪

We've added 2 new adjustable benches with decline options to the ground floor, giving you more flexibility in your workouts. If you love these, expect more to come! Plus, a Nautilus Ab Crunch machine to further expand your core workout options.

Pumping Up the Sound 🔊

We've invested in a state-of-the-art sound system to power your workouts! 🎶 (Keep an eye out—we're working on adding a feature to the app for playlist suggestions! 😉)
