We’ve got some seriously exciting news to share!

Our biggest upgrade yet is officially underway, and it’s all set to be completed by the end of summer. This £250,000 investment is the biggest in our history, and it’s all about giving you the best possible gym experience.

Here’s what’s coming to your gym very soon:

All-New Cardio Suite

We’re refreshing our entire cardio zone with 32 brand-new pieces of state-of-the-art equipment from Star Trac, including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, and two StairMasters. With a fresh layout designed to maximise space and energy, your workouts are about to feel even better.

Installation starts in July!

Next-Level Strength Kit

A 17-piece Hammer Strength plate-loaded suite is on its way, elite kit used by top athletes worldwide. This will be installed in a newly configured strength layout to optimise training space and flow.

Built for performance and power, it’s going to take your training to the next level.

Saunas Are Coming to Both Changing Rooms

You asked. We listened. And now, it’s happening. We’re installing a sauna in both the male and female changing rooms, giving you a whole new way to relax and recover post-workout.

Targeting completion by the end of summer.

Full Changing Room Refresh

We’re upgrading your changing room experience with:

Brand-new showers
New cubicle doors and panels
A cleaner, more modern look throughout

This will be completed alongside the sauna installation.
