Since the age of 10 I have devoted my life to my
training.Throughout my teenage years I became national
champion in 5 different sports, something which has never
been done before in this country. At age 17 I decided I
wanted to become a personal trainer to use the knowledge
i’d acquired to help others achieve their goals while still
evolving my training methods and dietary advice as i’ve
explored and studied different aspects of the fitness

I have no specific demographic and therefore would be
suited to anyone looking to change their life and achieve
their goals regardless of age, gender or any specific goal
they would want to achieve.
DO YOU HELP WITH DIET?
I help with diet and will provide diet plans on top of the
general training programme if my clients see it
necessary for them. This includes diets for fat loss,
bulking and goal specific diets.
WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING STYLE?
I have a wide range of training styles and methods as i’ve
competed at a high level in many sports from multiple
different combat sports to powerlifting and olympic
weightlifting. I also specialise in fat loss, bodybuilding and
many other facets of fitness while continuing to evolve and
keeping up to date with the newest systems of training.
HOW DO YOU ASSESS YOUR CLIENTS?
I like to find out as much as I can about my clients to best
tailor their training programme to their life and their
goals.Every client is different and I believe no two people
should train the same. My clients will be assessed based on
their desired goals to ascertain what level they currently are
compared to where they would like to be.
