My name is Chris Lynas and I’m the Head PT here at allGym. My goal is to have as much of a positive impact as I can on the lives of those I work with. Helping people like you become the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. This goes way beyond helping you look the best you ever have, because that’s a given. As your coach I will also help you improve your mindset, performance, lifestyle and motivation. I’m passionate about helping you find the right balance, so that you can enjoy your life to the fullest whilst looking, feeling and performing at your very best.

WHY CHOOSE ME?

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 4 years and have helped hundreds of people achieve the amazing transformations that they deserve. I love working with people and being a coach. I understand that your lives are busy and that things won’t always go to plan. But by getting to know you as well as I can, my aim is to be able to provide the right support, tools and knowledge to enable you to not only reach, but sustain your goals for the long term. DO YOU HELP WITH DIET?

Yes every client that signs up with me will get a questionnaire to fill in. This allows me to attain as much detail as possible about the client. You will receive a tailored diet plan and also macro targets to hit if you want a little more flexibility. It is my job to educate you on nutrition so you can implement the tools I give you into the real world.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING STYLE?

My training is tailored to my clients. I prefer weight training as the benefits in the long run far out weigh cardio if you are looking to change body shape and tone up. .

HOW DO YOU ASSESS YOUR CLIENTS?

First protocol would be to jump on a call and discuss my client’s goals and see if we where a good fit. If we are a good fit clients will receive an initial questionnaire so I can gather as much detail about the client as possible to make sure I can build the best plan possible to make sure we get results.
