HOW DO YOU ASSESS YOUR CLIENTS?
When it comes to assessing my clients, I would do a FREE consultation and trial session. This would then give the clients chance to see how I work and also gives me the chance to get to know the client, and see how the client works, to get to know their strengths and weaknesses.
Following the consultation I will do fitness tests, stats and transformation photos, so looking into the future this is a good way to show them there progress.
