Hey, I’m Eleanor I am qualified Personal Trainer and have
been developing my fitness knowledge for the past few
years. I initially came into the fitness industry after my
football journey of 10 years had finished. I began using the
gym to fill the hole and found my new passion. I aspire to
own my own gyms and branch out into all areas of the
industry. I am building a social platform to help people
become more confident and motivated in their own fitness

the most out of my service as I can understand and

DO YOU HELP WITH DIET?
Your fitness goals can’t just be achieved by working out
which is why I offer nutritional advice. This consists of
guiding you on what macros you should eat daily, making
the correct choices, what macros are and why they are
important. Don’t worry, I won’t take away your crisps and
chocolates, we can make it work!
WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING STYLE?
I want to make your training enjoyable whilst effective. I’ll
get to know your preferred style and work with that to
benefit you the most. Your sessions will be varied so that
you never get bored. I specialise in fat loss and toning
however I have a wide range of knowledge for all training
types and continuously research new and exciting ways to

I like to initially meet with my clients so that we can begin
to build a relationship so that I can understand your
preferences, diet habits and expectations. We will set goals
together so that you are always reaching them and feeling
